International sea freight
Let's take another look at the MoveCargo logo. What is depicted on it? Someone will see a boat under sail, and another - the hull of a modern vessel with a superstructure. Both associations are correct. Everything is correct, because sea freight is the cornerstone from which the main activity of our company began and on which the transportation of goods by sea is still built.
Experience and problem solving
Now let's look at the world map. There are so many seas, harbors, ports - you can't count them! And we can organize cargo delivery by sea to any of these ports! And this is not the bravado of self-confident braggarts who have only seen the sea from under a beach umbrella and on TV. The experience of MoveCargo employees in sea transportation is not limited to organizing international cargo transportation from the company's office, but also extends to real work on board cargo ships, mainly container ships, to work in ports, maritime agencies, insurance companies, shipping companies, warehouses, terminals.
Thus, we know the entire technological process of international sea transportation and related operations "from the inside", understanding what, how and at what point in time happens during cargo transportation, and we can always intervene and adjust the process if necessary. This is our advantage: situations that often baffle inexperienced logistics managers are resolved by us professionally, without additional costs, without wasting time, and the customer, sometimes, does not even know what had to be overcome, eliminating this or that problem that arose, for example, during sea container transportation.
Container fleet and cargo tracking
Most often we have to deal with sea container transportation. This is how the market situation is developing - container cargo transportation is increasing in volume every year. Giant container ships are being built, accommodating up to 18 thousand TEU (twenty equivalent unit),some of them (TRIPLE-E series) have already been launched and are operated on Asian-European routes. Vessels of even greater capacity are being built. On each of these vessels, and not only these, MoveCargo has container spaces (cells) for containers with cargo from our customers. If you want, we will send the cargo on the nearest vessel departing from a particular port, or if you want, we will send it on the one that you like the most.
From most ocean ports, vessels that carry our cargo depart almost daily. We will select the price, route, transit time, and off we go! And along the route, at any given time, we know the coordinates of each vessel, its speed, weather conditions, the schedule of further movement, and, in general, we can provide any information, both about the ship and about any container that is on it, up to sending maps with a mark of the vessel's location and the line of its movement.
Personnel decide everything
MoveCargo employees know everything related to sea cargo transportation inside out: when sending cargo to sea, they believe in themselves and the people who take part in the transportation, hope for luck, and do everything, sometimes - impossible for cargo to arrive at the port on time, safe and sound, so that everyone understands that the job has been done well.
MoveCargo is a company you can trust, both at sea and on land!
